Looking For A Water Filtration System I saw advertised on TV?

I'm looking for a water filtration system I saw advertised on TV... it is for the water coolers that take the leviathan jugs... it is a jug-like thing that has filters in it, and you put your own tap water in it and it filters it and your cooler cools and dispenses it... I neglect doing what it is called, and would like to find their website? any help?

I'm keeping pond fish in a cold room in a trough for the winter. Should I feed them less so the water is clean

I was present to keep my fish in the pond over the winter with a stock tank heater to keep them from freezing, but everyone I spoke to was convinced they would ice up to death as the pond isn't that deep and it can get to minus 40 here in the winter. I brought the fish arranged and they are in a 100 gallon trough in a storage room in the basement that stays around 60 degrees or less. The fish have a bail out to circulate the water and a large aerator, but no filtration to speak of. I add Cycle every week to keep the ammonia down and add beneficial bacteria. I don't requisite to foul the water by over feeding them, and am trying to keep the water cool in hopes that they will sort of hibernate. How much and how often should I feed them?

Feeding is all dependent on temperature. Above 55 degrees F, feeding should be full as set. From 55-40 degrees F, you should cut food in half. Below 40 degrees F, feeding should stop altogether. Pond fish are coldwater fish and can literally tolerate, and live in, temperatures below freezing with a sheet of ice covering the surface so long as a good piece of the water underneath stays liquid and is filtered and oxygenated. So, fishcicles is not exactly correct. But, I really would animate getting a filter. Pond fish create heavy wasteloads and if you are still feeding them, this will not decrease and there will still be the promise of toxic water quality.

How do I nicely filter water? I live in NYC. Supposedly the state of New York, or NYC has one of the cleanest water in the country. I basically boil the water from the sink-hole and then let it cool before I leave it in the refrigerator. Any tips I can better improve the taste or filtration of my water? I have a little weird water drop while drinking it, but it taste like water foundain. I read water in bottles, they add some chemical to remove that iron order taste. I just want to make sure I am drinking healthy and clean water. I do not want to buy those pass through thingy to filter my water because I would have to keep replacing it. ANY TIPS? THANKS!
