Does it do a bunk tap water tasting like bottled water?

I use a Brita water membrane strain pitcher. It works ok. I can't tell the diffence anyway between bottled and tap. I just know it is better for me.

I set forward to visit someone that has one to test out the taste of it before you buy one. My mom had one and the water tasted different to me, i didn't like the taste it was like drinking swimming merge water.

What is the best water filtration system (reverse osmosis) that is portable & removes fluoride?

I remain in an apartment and don't want to install a reverse osmosis sysytem because I might not live there long. I covet fluoride out of my tap water.. whats the best way to do this?
