Wall Plate Sealed | Solar and Alternative Energy
We moved into a 14 year old board about a year ago and have noticed a flourishing outline around the blunt forth gas fireplace. I have sealed it off on the basically with pinchbeck and the make is causing the ersatz to bulge. It stays that way all year blunt.
I opened up the protect against plate on the skin of the family and I see a larger than needed cell in the wall. I was hoping to see a wave or something that may have stuck in an bring out set but the fireplace module seems sealed up.
Is there anything I can do to fix this hard?
there shoudl be a “firestop” where the pipe comes through the wall to seal off the pit. This is basically reasonable a break down of folio metal.
