Where to buy brown/light almond keystone wall plates?

Looking all over for brown and dim almond keystone wall plates...never thought they'd be this hard to find!

Is it practical that the color that you are looking for is made in the Krylon Plastic spraypaint? I have never used the stuff, but I believe you could paint a undecorated white wall plate (or even the ones you currently have) with the stuff. You might want to wash the gunk off of the old ones if any, and dont consign to oblivion to spray the screws while you are at it.

How in the world do I use a Cat5e punch down tool??? I just got this today and need to....?

I lately got this tool from China today and I need to attach the 8 Cat5 wires to the receptacle of a wall plate/keystone jack that I also purchased. This sucker did not come with any instructions, does anyone know how to use it? There are no moving parts on it as far as I can tell, no scissor-like penetrating, crimping, nothing.

It's actually better than anything I could have typed, too. The only thing I heard that was wrong was when he said the max length of a cat5e mooring is 100 meters (which is correct) and that was a "little less than 300 feet." It is, in fact, about 328 feet, so it's a mean more not a little less than 300 feet.
