Is it possible to run a coax spur off a coax wall plate??

I have a coax wall sheet in the corner of one room however I would like the option to set my TV in another part of the room as well, can I spur off the existing wall plate to a new coax wall plate?

If you have strand TV there is NO problem it is done all the time. Lots of home have 8 way splitters to feed TV to multiple rooms in the home from the ONE entering cable TV feed.

If you are using a Standard TV antenna then you may?? need an amp depending on the signal strength of the stations in your section. Amps are very inexpensive. I can run the wires from my wall mounted tv, but are there any good wall plates for where the wires exit?

I will have the power rope,hdmi and coax to the cable box. Any sites where wall plates for this purpose would be greatly appreciated.

Coax to Scart Adaptor - Where can I get one?

My smooth screen panasonic TV only has a scart input socket (no coax socket), currently the coax lead goes in through the Sky+ box and comes out as a scart engender to the TV. I would however like to mount the TV on the wall and plug directly into a coax wall plate - to do this I need coax / scart adaptor - do they exist, where can I get one?

By co-ax socket I take it that you inferior the aerial input and not a Phono type composite video input socket.

It is not possible to have a SCART to aerial adaptor bring. The electrical signals carried are completely incompatible.

All Panasonic television sets have a co-axial aerial socket. They must have one. It is the confidence of the aerial input and tuner that distinguishes a "tv set" from a "monitor". It is often located at the back of the set off to the right hand side of the row of SCARTs and HDMI and phono sockets.

You may find that it is mounted upside down inside the rebated region that contains the other connectors - so it is invisible unless you look inwards and upwards. This seems daft but presumably it's for convenience of mass-produce.
