I take over that the power supply on my PC is fried but I want to make sure. Is there a tell-tale sign I need to look for? What about plugging it in and then putting a tester on the plugs that submit c be communicated out of it?

yes you can study the power supply with a Multimeter....you can pick one up at wal-mart for about 20.00bux....what you do is build the pc out of the case....put your motherboard on a cardboard box, have the cpu and the heatsink and fan installed and 1
