How can I transfer what I loaded onto my Sansa Clip on MTP, to MSC.?

So, I uploaded all my music onto my sansa over the last year or so on MTP mode. I reinstalled Windows XP a while ago, and it doesn't own it at all in MTP mode. I switched it to MSC, and it is recognized, but there are no files present in any folders.
