If you common the leafy light on the back of the camera is blinking, this is the prankster energy light. If it is doing as you describe, I concoct your camera has to go back to Nikon.

If you allude to the unripe light on the left side end interior the viewfinder, this is the spotlight impound light. You understand that, though. The blinking indicates that the lens can not autofocus. You say that it is event all the heyday, though, so it makes me notion of that something is injudicious with the lens.

I have light switches at the top and bottom of the stairs for the hallway light. When I flip one's lid either switch the light flickers between completely off and back on. Could this be a bad wire? How do I fix it?

Whatever you do, don't take Chopsaw's electrical view. Neutral legs are not landed on switches - not even three-ways.

You may have a loose wire in the switch or at the light. You may also have a bulb not properly seated in the socket,

I replaced the hired hall light switches with the type that light when the switch is off, now my 2 lights 'blink' when the switch is off. They did not do this before. Do I have a bad switch, or did I wire them incorrectly? (the switches work suitably

You might have a cool connection or a faulty switch.

Are you sure that you wired them correctly?
