I am wiring a new live and neediness to put in a 3 way switch with multiple lights. I was plannning since the easiest ambit with least amount of wire is poer to switch on then to lights then to switch 2 for end of run. so was current to do 14/3 from switch 1 to write off then 14/2 between lights and end with 14/3 from last delicate to switch. however every wiring diagram i see on word the 14/3 goes from switch to swith and then out to lights. Can i do it my way as it would be easiest shortest outline or do i have to have the 14/3 wire between the switches.

I have a threeway switch game out to a light along with a dimmer switch running to seperate potlights not 3 way. how do i wire this up i have right now, wire in (feed) 3way out and 14-2 out to potlights. how do i fit this all?

This is not too neaten up.

this 3way switch has me puzzled?i have one installed at access door and another at hallway door.

there should be a red wire (simple), black wire (Hot), white wire (neutral) and a bare copper wire (ground).

Now there should be a 12-3 or 14-3 wire ran from switch to switch. This would include all four wires in each electrical box. The
