My wire is from 1925 and only has two wires coming from divider. My light went out last week and I want to replace the switch to see if that is the problem. Do I need to connect the ground wire to anything to install the new switch? If not what do

being that you only have two wires...is it in a metal box? does this box have grounding? being from 1925 it all things considered doesn't, I am an electrician, and I wouldn't suggest you just go at it.
