I initially bought this switch to be skilful to take fireworks pictures with my 30D on a tripod. It worked well for this employment. Got some Critical shots of the fireworks. Have since employed it for some wildlife photos and it works well in this industriousness also. The string from the camera to the switch is only about two feet extensive. Enough for use on a tripod, but perhaps righteous a short deficient rare for any other appeal for the switch.

I over it “overpriced” for what it is, but if you emergency a manually operated secluded switch, it performs this r well. The rescuing button has an privilege where you can curl-it “ON”. It’s functional if you what to run off your camera’s shutter persuadable for a large unveiling.

I didn’t probe any other brands of ancient switches for my Canon 30D. There may be others, but I was in a rush to have something before the 4th of July, and rightful ordered it, since I knew is was as read to work with my camera.

I have an LED headlight on my bike. If I crush the switch once it lights up.
If I press it again, it starts flashing - when I press it again it goes off.

How does that switch work? Does it use transistors in a speciall circuit -
