Wireless networking: Must I use wireless adapter or can I use ...

by routers

Right-mindedness now I have a chain perpetual from downstairs to the upstairs to my computer. However, I have to eliminate this. Can I get the mains wireless router to send on with one in my bedroom, and then put a radiogram from that one to my comp? Or do I unbiased have to buy one of those wireless adapter cards and put that in my computer? I'm asking because all of my PCI slots are full, so I would rather fitting use another router + cable.

Which one is theoretically faster?

so far the wired course is faster sprint fitting…….. you could run the wireless router to associate with with a wireless adapter….. but not another wireless router……. you can normally buy any adapter (not the same identify as the router) but interruption with the manufactuers website to generate sure-fire its compatible with the router……. you dont beggary a pci depression if you get an adapter but you will have occasion for a unshackled usb duration….. i’ve done both set ups on pc’s at home and i’m a tech reinforce ingredient for internet and networking….

How do you hook up a comcast internet box to a linksys wireless router?

My parents recently switched from DSL to Comcast and I can't upon out how to hook my wireless router up to it.
