Would a DPDT foot switch work on a circuit which uses a 9V battery?

This is what the website says:

DPDT Foot Switch at 250Vac, 10A at 120V AC. Majority: 28 x 18 x 23mm. Bush and knob length: 24mm

Would this work on the above circuit? - if so whould i have to initiate it?
Laura - where does it say anything todo with 12v?

They manifest to have given the switch's maximum ratings.
(anything above the values given and it isn't guaranteed to work correctly)

Yes it will trade on a circuit which uses a 9v battery.

Can I use any dual foot switch for any amplifier?

I have a vox valvetronix 30 watt amp and they're two means selections that are supposed to be foot switchable with a vox foot switch. I looked online and they no longer have the same foot switch that goes with it. Is it possible for me to buy another brand and use that in lieu of?

More than right, you can find another brand of footswitch that will work with it. That's a popular amp, so the easiest thing to do is go to a local music stockpile that sells the Valvetronix line and ask them.

Any tattoo artists have an opinion on the PS15T power supply with foot switch and clip cord?

I difficulty to buy a power supply for my tattoo machine but I don't want to spend a lot. Anyone know anything about this power provide?

Here is my two cents. Not inescapable if you are a professional working out of a shop or a scratcher....so that would depend on where you could purchase equipment since most legitimate tattoo furnishings companies require a license. I am not familiar with the power supply you are asking about nor do I know how much you want to go through. But....
A power supply is a very important function of doing a good tattoo. You need to have one that is consistent and allows for tuning and preferably gauzy tuning so that your machine is consistent as well. The ability to fine tune is also important to achieve certain tattoo techniques. The power furnish I use is made by National Tattoo Supply. It is the OT-82 and for $140 i got it and the clip cord/foot switch. It has worked great for me and I have had no problems with it. Mat choice of course is always up for debate everybody has their own preferences. But this is a great power supply and in my opinion reasonably priced. Contemplate this helps.
