The first computer that went in allowed me to access the router but not the internet. The instructions said to re boot and unplug power on the modem and router which I did. After that I was accomplished to get to the internet but not the router. The defective computer wouldn’t access the internet either. After about 2 hours of this “run in circles” conventional; I put the Linksys router back in and placed the Netgear back in the box. I bought this router in Oct. 2003,I’ve had it for 7 months and was very tickled pink with the effectuation, the durability is another subject completely. I tried to unplug the router to reset it and the adapter was really stuck in the female socket so I pulled on it rather bad to get it out and it absolutely let around.
