I would like to conscious how I can replace the motion sensor with a regular switch...

You wish you want to get the light to only go on after dark?

Either replace the photo cell with a remote switch, or put a switch on top of the light.

The photo stall has only two wires like a switch.

Problems with motion sensor lights?

Hiya

A few days ago, my parents bought a set of motion sensor ligths for nighttime. They have Infra red sensors so they only go off if something moves in front of them. Anyway,they were timed so that the light only lasts 30 seconds after

I've had the same disturbed with them.The switches in them are cheap.Just return them for a replacement.
