Has it been hard finding yellow outdoor light bulbs so the bugs stay away from your house?

We have looked in every rely on store and nobody has them yet. The bugs are here so shouldn't those lightbulbs be?
Been to Home Depot, Walmart, even Ace Hardware. Are they decent taking their time stocking them where I live?

I contrive you should ask when their next order is due in. Ask the head of the department they will tell you if the bulbs have been ordered, they will also if they have be selling quickly, or it is a spring stock thing.
I see them everywhere as well but I live in Ontario and pretty soon they will be sold out of the first order.

Any ideas on why my 6 year outdoor light bulbs I put in back in August would have already burned out?

I sabbatical them on at night, but turn them off every morning. I was told they should last 6 years and it has only been 4 months!

And do I paucity an outdoor approved fixture for a hanging light under a covered porch? It is a large covered area and it never gets wet there. I would like to put in place of the ugly 1980s light that is currently there.

Impute sure that you use a low temperature fluorescent bulb. Otherwise they may not work well outside. They take time to warm up and reach their full luminescence.

As for part 2 of your dispute, yes. Any fixture you use outside must be rated for exterior use. This is a safety issue, as it will be exposed to wide temperature ranges.
