I miss to install low voltage lighting outside for my walkway however it says the transformer must be hooked up outside to a gfi plug.I dont have any plugs front but I do have one in my garage right by the door.Can I just install the transformer outside

GFI is in reality just a separate circuit breaker from the house. Basically it for safety. Like in a bathroom, it give a more touchy response to problems. You can connect to your Garage, but, what I would do is install a GFI in place of the regular plug.

Ive installed 8 outdoor 120 volt inundation lights to illuminate trees that I have. they are 120 watt max per light. I have it connected a dedicated 15amp breaker. But it seems when I try to scourge the lights on they dont go on but when I plug lights

Maybe this will expropriate.
