The light will only disobediently off when I switch off the breaker box. I inherited these lights when I bought my house, so I don't have any instruction manuals. Any suggestions for how I can get the lights to build off? I have tried adjusting the

Go off the breaker off for about ten seconds, then back on. They will usually then come on for a few minutes, then turn back off. This should get it out of manual mode.
