and what one to buy if they are movables. My £5 500w light has broke and looking to replace, but dont know if to get a l.e.d one

So wish as the light output power is the same, they are fine.

So you need to match the Lumens of a 500w installation you have now.
(is that 500W halogen, average incandescant or other )
and that of an equivelent LED lamp.
