My ceiling fan emits yellow luminous, but i would like white light (the lighting you find in schools/grocery stores) I have flourescent light bulbs the swirly kind-hearted but the light is still yellow, i would like white light, is there a kind of swirly light that emits Caucasian light (like those long tubes)

Does it indeed save money to turn off Flourescent lights when not in use? I have heard that it costs more when you are turning them on and off than to just leave them on during the day while you are in and out of the stay.

ok, I'm doing a science project on ways to make my school campus more Earth-affectionate.
