Ack in 2002, I was on the cold margin of the nefarious painted household goods enthusiasm, when after doing a kitchenette renovation at my billet in Georgia, I painted my kitchenette chairs interdict (which I shared about 2 years ago here ).  And I haven’t looked back since then.  There have been many more chattels transformations using felonious  paint since that day.   I think about this lean really started with Ballards Designs (at least to me) when I picked up their catalog and began seeing dark possessions, a light bulb went off.  I can do that!

You’ve seen countless demonstrations of painting accessories jet-black on the web, but here’s mine….again.    So, butt me today for another black dispersal paint layout.

These 2  harp back chairs are yardsale finds (of programme naturally, they are!) and I’ve enjoyed them in their brown dignified for a few years now, but have lately been eyeing them with villainous on the capacity.  So, I got energetic and changed them.  First, you take off the seats by unscrewing those 4 screws.   I’ve changed the material on these a pair of times which is as outgoing as stapling and pulling make-up.

Can you paint a GU10 base light bulb?

I have a hunt down lighting that uses the GU1O base bulbs and I am desperately needing red bulbs. I know they sell them but they are like $15 dollars for one and I destitution six. So I was wondering if I could use the high heat paint to paint the bulbs?

These lights get very hot. It would in all probability be a bit dangerous to paint them directly.

Maybe you can replace the track heads with something that adds the red color for you.

Can you spray paint CFL (Compact Fluorescent light bulb) flood light?

Has anyone margarine painted a CFL (Compact Fluorescent light bulb) the flood light style. These generate little heat and was wondering if anyone has done this with happy result?

I have done some in yellow for surface bug lights …it worked just fine
Give it a try with the color you desire ….no big loss if it doesn’t take to one's heels out.
