Put plant under indoor flourecent light?

I brought an indoor bed out in to my work that says it can tolerate shade. Yet it looks like it might be dying and I think it's because it's not quite getting any sunlight. A lady I work with told me to move it to the other side of my desk so that it will be directly under the flourecent light in the ceiling. Does this exceptionally work? I thought it would have to get actual sunlight but she says that any type of light will do.

There is a specific light spectrum the lamp must output for this to work. Special fluorescent lamps are available which output this very spectrum.

I am stressful to do research on the effects of indoor lighting to skin. I have notices how ashy my skin is Its really strange, but several people who have formerly larboard our store have come back looking markedly better.to the point where associates talk about it. Its borderline uncanny. NO, its not less disturb, I'm talking about people who go on to all type so f pursuits. The air is proly also dirty. This store is so nasty that you can trace out by and hear customers telling their children not to use our restrooms, but to wait til they go home. Its the kind of place where ceiling lights blow one's stack and shatter all over the floor for no apparent reason. I've been there 8 mos, and have not seen the floor more than spot mopped in two or three places. You will see feces splattered in the staff member toilet bowl for long periods of time....1 associate commented to me that a little alike of what appeard to be feces on the floor, was still ther a 1 week later in main ladies room. its an Supposed high end stor

If people are sensibilities better when they leave the store, it is more likely due to the filthy environment you describe than to the lighting.

I can't get the wiring right for an old Australian indoor light fitting.?

I have bewitched out an old fitting from my bedroom ceiling. I am now left with 4 red wires, one white wire, 3 black wires and 3
grassy wires. all of which are tied into buches of matching colours. I attached the new fitting but left out the switch wire as when I loop the breaker back on the light will not turn off at the switch.

The white wire comes out of a bigger wire that has another red wire with it, I pressume this is the shift wire. Were does the white wire go? All the others are standard 1 red 1 black and 1 green. Why would I have 3 power cables all ending above my bedroom light furnishings? Is this just shitty trade work or is this what was done 35years ago everywhere?

Any help would be greatly recieved. My wife has now officially got the shits. This was suppossed to get done in a weekend. ooops.

heres how it works:

Reds all go together into the tie terminal. They are perminant active

Greens all go together into the earth terminal

Black all go together into the neutral terminal

Milky is the switched active, goes to active terminal.

If you are just wiring up a BC batton holder, it won't say which is the lively or the neutral terminal, because polarity doesn't matter (By the way, it's not shitty trade trade, it is a standard way to do it)
