How much water & light should I be giving my indoor plants?

1. First one is a cane, about 3 feet big, I just tranplanted it into a pot. It says on the info card "indirect light only". What does that penny-pinching? And how much water should I be giving it, on a daily or weekly basis?

Giving sunlight to indoor plants. How much sun light is needed threw my windows?

Ok I'm screwed-up. I bought a Majesty palm for my living room. It says it needs a lot of sun. I have a large picture window but I have a tree that blocks most of the light. I have much more face with out door gardening and when something says full sun


A south window is the very win out over for summer and winter.

You have to be very careful of windows getting too hot during the summer months. You might have to shade the afternoon sun off your flower.
