I don't be familiar with where you live, but Catnip is generally fairly hardy, taking snow, frost etc. If you live somewhere that's bona fide for this plant, then you could potentially transition it to outdoors living, giving it a few hours a day over

How much water & light should I be giving my indoor plants?

1. First one is a cane, about 3 feet lofty, I just tranplanted it into a pot. It says on the info card "indirect light only". What does that mean? And how much spa water should I be giving it, on a daily or weekly basis?

On the cane by saying "zigzag light only" they basically mean don't stick it in a window... ever burn an ant with a magnifying glass?... same fetich...i would water it if it is almost dry..don't let it dry out completly but don't keep it wet...
