How do I fuse glass in a kiln by controlling the temperature myself?

I don't have a temperature controller for my kiln, so I have marked to control its temperature by turning the kiln on and off at the mains.
This will work, but I was wondering if anybody had any guidline times for fusing?
And I am using

does your kiln have a cone system? if so buy the cone that will get you to the filch temp. I don't think I've ever seen a kiln that doesn't shut off. it would be very dangerous to just leave any kiln on indefinitely

anyone know how to fuse glass together with led..like they do with stained glass windows.?

and do it withought cracking the glass...and making it literally work.

For flat leaded glass projects, I use a copper tape you can get at craft stores. Fold the tape around the edge of both pieces to be put together and then use a soldering iron and solder the two pieces together. You will have to axe the piece over to do
