Whats can cause automotive ABS brake fuse to blow every 3-4 days?

I have a 1998 Ponitac Distinguished Am GT with 3.1L that the ABS brake fuse blows every 3 to 5 days and will not allow you to shift out of the park position unless exaggerate fuse is changed. Several certified people have look at it and all give me differant answers. Anybody have the correct anwser?
