My elec windows have frozen, the auto fuse is supposed to circuit again once overloaded this has not happened?

i have a VW golf 2001, i about i overloaded the circuit whilst changing a bulb, the circuit has not automaticlly resumed to full working ordain what do i need to do?

That's odd that a bulb would reason a failure in the window circuit. The fuse you talk about is actually a self-resetting circuit breaker and will look like a poor silver or black box plugged into the fuse box somewhere (there may be a couple of them for different circuits). Try reseating them and check all the fuses to see if any are blown and succeed as needed. Sometimes a blown fuse will cause strange things to happen in other circuits. There are no relays for the windows lap. Does everything else work correctly? If not, it may be associated somehow. You could have a permanent short in the wiring which won't allow the breaker to stop reset. Otherwise you may need to take it to a shop and have them track down the problem.

You have two fuses for the system. One in the fuse panel arranged the passenger comaprtment and one uner the hood. find them and check them both. If they are good, get in your owner's manual, find out where the relay is and restore it.

which fuse is the impulsive antenna in a 1985 pontiac parisienne? my battery goes dead from the motor running. i would good like to take out the fuse but dont know which 1 to take out. if any knows or knows of a site with fuse box listings, it would be awesome. thanks

for that antenna, there is no fuse. you have to cut the wire in the main stem to stop the antenna motor. the two fuse are for , 1, battery power, and the 2, wire is for a reverberation item in the radio itself.
