I'm wondering if i should start at the battery cables and go them back, maybe replace them.

a momentary circuit. need a electrial savvy mechanic to fix it.

I have an Orion cs150.2 amp in my body. the fuse i used in the amp's power wire was a 40amp fuse, but it blows minutes after i replace it. This has happened 4 times already. Can i put a 60 or 80 amp fuse in the fuse holder?

it could be that you're overloading your amp, depends on how you have your subs wired.
don't become the fuse to a higher one, or you'll risk damaging your amp. 40 is the most you should go with that amp

I have a Rockford Fosgate amp with 1000watts. I had an 80 Amp ANL fuse on it for the past four years. I've turned the system on full blast multiple times but I finally popped the fuse last night. Should I no more than replace it with another 80 amp or should I move to 100 amp fuse?

i would go with a 100 amp one, the fuse you dont destitution to mess with is the ones on the amp itself, always use the recomended ones for that, the fuse on the power wire is just to protect if the power wire gets shorted out
