Can anyone find a 30 Amp, 250 Volt, 5x20mm glass fuse?

I sine qua non a fuse for my electric bicycle. It is the following:

30 Amp
250 Volt
5x20 mm
glass tube
fast-acting type

From what I've highbrow searching online, it seems to be made only in China- No American manufacturers make a 5x20mm fuse over 20 Amps, and 20A is even pretty rare. Most fuse e-tailers and retailers go as far as 15 Amp. That's unbiased not going to work-- It'll blow.

It HAS to be 30 Amp. It HAS to be 5mm x 20mm.

So are there any European or Asian readers out there who can find this thing for me and put me in ring up with a retailer that will sell it? I don't need 100 of them. I would, at most, need 20 of them, but I think that may even be overkill.

The only places I've found this element online have been either Polish or Chinese companies, and they only do wholesale for businesses. I can't find the business that actually offer this item to consumers.

If you're in China or someplace where you can walk into an electronics store and buy this item, maybe you could escape me out!

What is the difference between US and EU type fuses?

I'm ordering some parts on a orientation (in EU) and they have both EU and US type fuses, at 5x20mm size 6x32mm respectively. What's the difference between the two types? I'm guessing moderate voltage ratings - 120v vs 230v?
