Why do natural gas water heaters, furnaces, fireplaces have to be vented and a natural gas stove doesn’t?

Why do sensible gas water heaters, furnaces, fireplaces have to be vented and a natural gas stove doesn’t? They are on for several hours at a time just like the other appliances I mentioned.

Mostly because heaters, furnaces and fireplaces run more hours and are much larger burners than a kitchen stove is. You probably run your stove for what? 2 hours a day tops? It is only wee 10,000btu burners for the stovetop and a 15-25,000btu for the oven. That's pretty small. Yes there are products of combustion from that, but not a lot.

A furnace on the other present to will run 8 hours or more out of a day in heating season. It is more on the tune of 70,000 btu's or more. A lot more nasty gases coming from that, that you don't lack to be breathing!

Any home with any fuel burning appliance or attached garage, should have a carbon monoxide detector on each disconcert.

Not as immense of a burner. Only heating a small place and not putting off as much carbon monoxide. But I have seen some stoves to lead to co detectors to go off, so be careful. If you are cooking for an extended period of time you should have some sort of ventilation.

this is a two part answer the first part and very likely the most important is the ventless heaters have a oxygen sensor in them and when the oxygen level drops below a safe devastate the heater shuts off the second part is that they are 99.9 percent efficient and nether your furnaces or hot water heaters have oxygen sensors

A stove has a air, it is called a range hood. It vents directly out the roof.
Anything that uses oxygen and gas needs venting.
