i truly didnt get what its means by the vertical tube furnace. and how did the data logger work for this vertical tube furnace.

Repeated condensation of water in the pressure switch tube of my gas furnace! How to deal with this problem?

A insignificant amount of water collects in the pressure switch tube of my gas furnace every week which is located in the basement, enough not to close the to switch and therefore causing the furnace to click ON and OFF continuously. The furnace keeps clicking which turns the burners ON and OFF again. This will keep happening until I empty the water from the tube and replace it back. Then, furnace works fine for another week and again the whole cycle repeats.

Does anyone have almost identical problem and know how to fix this?

I judge you need a T fitting with a tube to drain off the condensate.

In status to improve corrosion resistance and strength, a beam supporting the exhaust tube from annealing furnace was mae from an age hardened aluminium alloy. In a terminate time the beam started to bend and failure occurred. Explain the cause of the failure and commend a better solution.

You should be in the light of something fabricated from stainless steel or Inconel. Aluminum just will not take the temperature. Also if there is any cycling of the temperatures then the aluminum can labour harden.
