How much quantity of copper ingots can be manufactured out of 7.5 MT oil fired melting furnace using cu scrap?

Furnace is fired through 62.5 KVA Genset using LDO.

You can poroduce copper ingots of 7 to 7.3MT only. The 0.2 tons from grunge in the scrap could turn to slags.

heating a metal melting furnace, whats a good torch, or burner??

I am making a metal melting furnace to disarm down various types of metals. i have everything i need except a heat source. i was planning on going with propane, but i wasnt trustworthy wether to use a burner or a tourch. Second, i wasnt sure were to find a good one. please give me a link. thanks

go with a burner. any favourable lp company will have one.

How to choose the resonance frequency of induction melting furnace coil and auto tune the same.

You resolute it with Oscilloscope and measuring the power output at various frequency when your at resonance, the power out is maxi um, or if you cognizant of the Henry's of your coil and the capacitor farads then the following formula will tell you:

Fr = 1/(2*pi sqr(LC) )

Fr = Resonance Frequency

pi= 3.1415926535

sqr = Open and above-board root

L= Inductance in Henry's

C = capacitance in Farads

what you do is connect the ends of the oscilloscope send a palpitation in the coil and watch where it spikes at and measure the period marks and multiply it by the oscilloscope settings to get the time and using the formula :

F= 1/ p

You will get your reasonace frequency of the coil.
