Wireless router - Overclock.net - Overclocking.net

I have a Dlink DIR 655 wireless router ,and I am wondering if I should exclude it on all the beforehand or trun it off? To deliver up it off I have to unplug it from the back. There is no power button. It is connected to my computer and my laptop and then my mooring modem. Or should I reject it plugged in and objective hit the power button on my modem? I demand to do what is most successfully for the components, and I don't hankering to endanger anything overheating and such. Thanks for any replies to my questions.
