My laptop works razor-sharp excpet when the power cord is in. When my battery starts to die and I plug it in to continue using , after about 1 minute the screern goes almost completley threatening I can barely see what i was working on. The only way I

1. Have you tried to redress the brightness?
2. Some laptop PCs have a profile configuration for different power consumption mode. If you have that, make sure when PC is AC-powered, its brightness is set to apex.
