First of all the adapter took forever to get to me which was not a big have to do with. When it got here it was sent in a USPS seniority mail envelope which was destroyed and I am shocked it truly made it to me. That was not the worst part of it. I prdered an HP adapter and they sent me a DELL. Not even climax and it did not fit. Now I was very discompose with all of this so I liberal a promise report which I felt was deseved based on the experience that I could not do any work or coterie beccause of this erratum. When I got a call back I was told that I was “express” and they would not bump into rendezvous with my demands of overnighting me a new one because I was humble.
