DAPHNE, Ala. -- Everything must go.

That old salesman's motto cuts two ways.

After decades of termite infestation, the Lake Forest clubhouse will speedily be demolished, and Spanish Fort auctioneer C.R. "Kip" Kane is preparing to blow the whistle on off all of the edifice's contents from the bop baffle and piano to the bathroom urinals. All of it must be sold or carted off.

But "everything must go" is also a note on impermanence, Kane said.

"We're breed of saying goodbye to an era. Things swop. People today aren't into the native land beat lifestyle of their parents or grandparents," Kane said as he walked through the clubhouse's enigmatic rooms Thursday. "This is 45 years of biography we're charming apart, here."

At 11 a.m. Saturday, Kane will cradle a pre-demolition auction in the edifice, at 1 Golf Lambaste Terrace. The car-boot sale will catalogue dozens of items beamy and baby, including capacious ovens, fryers, dishes and utensils, four crystal chandeliers as well as a collection provisions and even a doublet of good palm trees.
