The postulate of the show goes something like this: High-priced creed hot jock beds grade nerd in a minivan who ends up knocked up and has the tot which she puts up for adoption. Permanent ='pretty damned quick' help fifteen years later, and the hot jock (name: Baze) swells comfortably into a beer-guzzling bachelor still with a full faculty of locks, living above a bar that he owns. The distinction nerd, Kate, has since doff her nauseating duckling façade and turned into a superb swan of a boom box talk show troop who happens to be spoken for with Jack McPhee from Dawson's Run . Their worlds are turned upside-down when the babe they put up for adoption waltzes in with a farcical name (Lux), looking for emancipation from a sombre entity of help homes.
