Get an "S" remove from any hardware store. Make sure it is a very strong one. Hook one end of the S hook on the top link of the chain that your chandelier hangs from, then "pucker" the hanging chain and put another link, at the length

I have seen a very yearn hanging chandelier chain covered by ribbons of many colors, topped by bows made of the same ribbons. I need to have some direction as to how you get so many ribbons without overcrowding the bows at the top of the contrivance.

once you get the colored ribbon to the top, take each color seperatly to each find for the bow. So you have 1 bow ber light/candle.
