DIY Capiz Lampshade

Any Ideas on how to clean a delicate capiz shell chandelier?

I have a select capiz shell chandelier that I had outside hanging from the porch. Bad idea because now it is dingy-I want to bring it inside and am wondering how to correct it sparkling white again?

You should be qualified to clean it with Oxzy clean. Just fill up your sink with warm water, add the oxzy clean and dip the chandelier. That is how I untainted my wind chimes. And some of them are pretty fragile.
