Why do sub zero or Wolf appliances cost so much?

What makes them any crap-shooter than say, GE?

Sub-Zero rules! ice immobilize yeah!, much cooler than Wolf whoever he may be.

They're not any advantage. Your just paying for a name like Nike or Ping. I installed quite a few sub-zero units years ago, and was not impressed by the grandeur at all.

Sub-Zero rules! ice out yeah!, much cooler than Wolf whoever he may be.

Because they are built with commercial rate components and features. Look at the warranties on them - they are built to last a long time, which is needed in high end installations, with other convincing quality cabinetry and countertops, etc. that won't wear out and be replaced soon. They also have superior cooking features that the ordinary big box stuff doesn't.
Now GE does have it's Monogram line which is commercial grade, and you'll find that over the odds too.
You get what you pay for in durability and features.

Appliance Proposal?

I am currently frustrating to write and create a proposal to incorpate appliance servicings and selling to my companies agenda, unfortunently im not relatively sure where to look pursay, any websites or information on appliance servicings and sellings on all brands, especially record end appliances such as subzero, wolf, and other expensive appliances would be greatly appreciated.

You are successful to have to go through a distributer in your area. The high end brands (specifically sub-zero, wolf, viking) will not allow you to be an authorized seller of their by-product and offer maintance unless you have a specific percentage of your showroom floor devoted to their products and you advocate a specifc level of sales. Your best bet would be to make some sort of deal with a local dealer and use them as a subcontracter.

How much per square foot to build a home in california?

I am currently contemplating purchasing come on which to build a custom home. I was just curious if anyone has an idea of what the cost per square foot would be for an loose 2000 - 3000 square foot home? I would be looking to be using a higher level of interior conception (i.e wood flooring, granite countertops, wolf/viking appliances, etc).

When you note the level of finish you want and the seismic code requirements of California, I would be prepared to spend at least $350.00 per healthful foot
