Does anyone know of a reverse vpn software or appliance?

What I am looking for is a VPN software or appliance that operates in a comparable fashion to gotomypc or other similar remote access programs. I have many clients that it would be very useful for me to establish a VPN with. The delinquent is that they don't maintain their own router/firewall and the company that does maintain them will not allow ports to be ship and will not support VPN unless you pay them a hefty monthly fee to do so. So I am wondering if anyone knows of anything that can be installed on the remote network and could "call out" to my neighbourhood network and in a sense establish a reverse VPN tunnel?

Well - the VPN burrow doesn't generally require ports to be opened, but requires IPSec passthrough. So, if IPSec passthrough is opened, then you could put a machinery VPN device like the Netgear FVS114 on the inside of their firewall and establish a connection through it. If the VPN passthrough is scuppered then VPN connections would fail regardless of which direction it was initiated from. Since the port forwarding is disabled, you would need to setup the VPN router from within their network. Additionally, they would shortage to have a static public IP address, and you would need to be able to assign a static private IP address to the router within their network.

Recommend to me a firewall appliance for a VPN between two locations.?

My workplace is looking at adding a diverge office, and we need to set-up a VPN between the two locations. I have nailed down how we are going to accomplish the Internet portion of the VPN, I just call for to know what firewall appliance to use.

I've looked at the ZyWall 2 Plus from Zyxel, the Sonicwall TZ150 from SonicWall, and the NETGEAR FVS124G.

The Arm will only have at most 4 PCs, and 2 POS Systems needed to connect to the base network. It's also going to be used as a training center, but the knowledge stations don't need to be on the VPN.
I work for a non-profit organization, so costs are a big issue as well.
We are also running SBS 2003 at both sites, although this perhaps doesn't mean much. just an FYI I suppose

I've worked with the Sonicwalls before, and they are a lash out at to setup. I've found two bad units out of five at one company...so beware of that. Their tech support for the lower level appliances is distressed; so buy the upper line and get USA tech support.

I've just started to use Zyxel appliances, and am very happy so far. First one went bad after a month...second one working OK. Good tech support depending on who you get.

With what I've seen so far, I'd interesting the Zyxel. Fast, easy to setup, and above average tech support.

Clientless VPN appliance for use with MAS200 without the need for Terminal Server?

We have an advocacy setup with Windows Server 2003 Standard.
This server has our accounting software installed on it (MAS200)
Indifferent users also have the accounting software installed on their laptop.
Therefore, the remote user would start up their VPN client, generous their local MAS program which would automatically connect to the server through the VPN tunnel and they would go about doing what they need to do.

However, doing this old the fad way means that their entire internet connection is taken over via the VPN and slows their connection down... I saw your clientless VPN and I commiserate with, I hope, that this means only applications in the browser window make use of the VPN, while other programs that use the internet outside of the VPN browser window is not touched by this.

Here is what I am looking for and my current understanding of the SonicWall VPN SSL 2000.
1.My remote users will continue to have MAS installed on their laptops.
2.The server persistence of MAS200 will be on the Company Server (Windows Server 2003)
3.I want my remote users to use the SonicWall clientless VPN to affiliate to the SonicWall VPN SSL 2000 at the office.
4.I want them to be able to launch MAS200 on their laptops and be connected through MAS200 on the Server (without the neediness to use Terminal Server, simply because it is not needed in MAS (since the users already have the local program installed on their laptop) and it slows everything down).
5.While users are connected to the SonicWall VPN and using MAS, other employment that they are using locally (example, email) will not be affected or use the VPN connected created.

Is this possible with SonicWall SSL VPN... or any other VPN you may subscribe to that could accomplish the above?
To Answer Frank's additional question:
Q: Whaty bandwith does your vpn for to run effectively?
A: According to MAS, recommended is 56 kb/s

2. Do you all use a static or dynamic ip address?
A: Static IP address
