I regard as 50 to 65 percent of Americans have paper shredders as a standard household appliance.... I would like to see big Chief steel my identity. Probably would feel sorry for me and leave me some good money to clean up my depend on......

I would say in the next few years! The shredding of intimate documents has had a great deal of buzz in recent years, mostly fueled by the rise in identity and creditation card theft. Shredders are being sold in record numbers as people begin to understand the beggary to destroy materials that could give a dishonest few the edge to steal money, or worse, one's identity.

As just out as this shredding "buzz" seems, however, the truth is, that document shredding has been around as long as paper (or papyrus) itself, for over 6,000 years. When an Egyptian author made a mistake on his hieroglyphics, he routinely tore-up the papyrus he was working on, manually, then started again.

thanks to everyone who already answered this assuredly question. i'm not asking about renting it out, i have that covered - i'm asking about if i PURCHASE a property is it standard for the seller to encompass a stove and refrigerator in each of the units. sorry if i wasn't clear before!

Stove predominantly stays with the unit, though refrigerators are maybe 50/50 stay vs go.
