What does an electrician charge roughly for wiring up a NEW oven and cooktop on Gold Coast - Australia?

Ive been quoted some droll prices. I can do it myself (as im sure many people have done) but if something went wrong, it would void the warranty on my new appliances.

I have the old oven and cooktop in domicile and running. I would think its easy to just disconnect and reconnect to the new appliances.... Installing the new appliances takes all but 20 seconds. I nothing but need it certified for warranty reasons!!

yeah the prices are inane, i wired my own, and saved a fortune. id'e take the risk and do it yourself, as long as the wiring is the same, what can possibly go wrong.???

Quite much everywhere you look, from right after the hurricane until now, volunteer church groups are in 100 degree heat and 100% humidity, replacing roofs, rebuilding houses, clothing, feeding, paying for utilities and appliances and well-grounded generally meeting the needs of those in dire straits. They supply the money, materials and manpower for the profession. They live in tents and campers, use family vacations ...
There really aren't any non church groups noticably quick.
Can anyone tell me of some non church groups or individuals active in this or other such American disasters?
Please be specific.
