Will my one year appliance warranty replace failing appliances?

Bought a (20yo) bawdy-house and I have a 1year appliance warranty. The crawl space Air Handler (Blower) is dripping, and covered, with condensation and is pretty rusted out (inspector never mentioned a fetish about it). It still works, and keeps house cool. If I remove the maintenance panel, the interior is rusted and the insulation is wet.
...it's reasonable a matter of time before it quits.
The house used to be a rental and wasn't well maintained.
Suspicion on a under discussion:
What are the chances the Warranty people will approve replacing those appliances? Do they have to 'fail - out-right' before they'll make good on an appliance?
Thanks.

Are you completely certain your Appliance Warranty even covers your blower? A blower is not an appliance. Please check your list of items it will cover.

As for whether or not they will replace the piece even if it is covered, is extremely doubtful.

I don't cotton to being a nay-sayer....but I do wish you good fluke!

In most cases warranties will not repair and or make good on an item that is still working. Your biggest concern with the unit described is a mold problem. If the unit is not draining the condensate well and collecting in the air handler then it would be to your health and benefit to either have it replaced or at the least serviced by a trustworthy company. Just call to mind that like a car heating and air units need regular maintenance to keep them running properly.
If the unit is more than a few years old it would nicest to replace it just for the increased comfort and even more the cheaper operating cost. Just be sure when you buy a new section don't just settle for a low price be sure to get the highest efficiency unit that you can afford. It will pay for itself much more despatch, not to mention increasing the homes value.

I Am Looking At Purchasing An Appliance Repair Warranty. Can You Help?

Has anyone purchased through AHS (American Untroubled b in Shield) home warrenty plan? If so, have you ever used it? Do you know of anyone that has this? For an extra $39 a month I have found out that they will repair or replace the covered systems or appliances if they breakdown. I am just wondering if anyone has ever used this warranty before & what they regard as of it. Thank you!

All I recognize is that they will always choose repair over replacement and use the cheapest hands possible for the repairs.I know many people that are not over the moon with AHS and feel like they were suckered in with "smoke and mirrors".
Mustang is right,it's a rip off.

Is buying an extended warranty on a new major appliance a good deal?

Since the manfacturer's warranty covers the appliance for the first year or so, why invest a huge amount for an extended warranty because if something is going to malfunction, won't it usually happen within the first few month of use?

That depends on which appliance it is. For most of them the extended warranty is a spoil. However it it has a lot of moving parts like a dishwasher it may be worth your while.
